The location is excellent: only 2 minutes' walk from metro station Campo Pequeno. the famous site Campo Pequeno is just across the street where there are often cultural activities. Several big supermarkets and good Chinese and Italian restaurants are nearby. the property owners Bob and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful. the room is very clean and the furniture is modern and comfortable.

The bed was comfy and the balcony was nice to have. the location was convenient because it was close to a train station and a metro station. the kitchen in the common area was equipped with everything you need to cook.

The cleanliness was not up to par. the bathroom was not clean and smelled musty.

The comfortable beds, great shower, and flowers on the balcony are just a few of the advantages of staying here. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry services are certainly appreciated by guests.

During construction, there can be some noise disturbance, but it is not bothersome when staying out during the day.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - it's right next to the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The attention to detail was also impressive - the rooms were clean and comfortable, and some even had a balcony. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

All was perfect, no complaints!

The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to public transport. It made it easy for us to explore the city during our xmas stay. The hotel also had a shared kitchen that was well-equipped and we enjoyed having the option to cook our own meals. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable as it had good heating.

The room wasn't very clean and the bedding wasn't changed during our five-night stay. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also an issue.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent: only 2 minutes' walk from a metro station, in a centrally located business neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Additionally, it's just across the street from a beautiful mall that offers plenty of affordable meal options.
